DAVY Properties is a family-owned real estate investing company started by Denis Sazanskiy to help all those disillusioned with and disappointed by the traditional methods of buying and selling homes.
As a first generation American, Denis has first-hand experience with all sorts of ups and downs, challenges and setbacks life can throw your way in your pursuit of the American Dream, including the dream of home ownership when you have no credit and banks won’t finance you. This experience laid the foundation for DAVY Properties.
